The location was sick, just a short walk from the town center and the canal basin. We were stoked to go fishing and caught some mad fish! The cottage was cozy AF, with all the essentials and a sick kitchen for some easy meals. It was like our home away from home!
The only thing we would've asked for is a banging sound system to turn the cottage into a party pad! We wanted to blast our tunes and have a lit time, but the place didn't have speakers.

Great location, close to shops and amenities. Convenient car parking available. Cosy and comfortable cottage. Well-presented and well-situated. Compact yet well-equipped kitchen. Excellent local pubs and restaurants. Nearby canal basin is a plus. Lovely and charming accommodation.
Nothing negative to say.

The cottage had such a charming and cozy decor, it truly felt like a home away from home. The general areas were well-maintained and beautifully presented, making it a pleasure to spend time in. As a senior woman, I was delighted to find that the hotel was easily accessible with no stairs to climb and wide doorways that accommodated my mobility needs. It made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to provide clearer instructions for accessing the door key. The delay in receiving the code for the key box was frustrating, and it would have been more convenient to receive it through a message rather than relying on phone communication.

The location of the cottage is fantastic, just a short walk away from the town center and the canal basin. This makes it convenient for exploring shops and amenities. Additionally, having car parking right outside the property is a definite advantage. The cottage itself is cosy and comfortable, with a compact but well-equipped kitchen area. You can also enjoy a delicious meal at the local pubs or indulge in some tasty fish and chips from Bizzie Lizzies.
One minor inconvenience was the delay in receiving the code to access the door key from the owner.

Loved the "free WiFi throughout the property", perfect for posting my holiday selfies! Also, the "kitchen, microwave, and dining area" were great for my non-existent cooking skills.
Oh, how I adored the "access to free WiFi throughout the property"! Utterly delightful inconvenience.

Access to a fully equipped kitchen: Cooking in the kitchen felt like being on a culinary adventure. I whipped up a masterpiece, feeling like Gordon Ramsay in my own private restaurant.
Delay in receiving access code: Frustrating delay in getting the access code, which led to an anxious start.

The cottage itself was lovely and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable furnishings. It was a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the local pubs and restaurants, including the excellent fish and chips at Bizzie Lizzies.

Loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the cottage. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and canal basin. - Appreciated the car parking facilities right outside the property.
The communication with the owner was frustrating due to a delay in providing the access code for the door key. The remote for the Sky TV box didn't work initially, but the owner did come the following day to replace it.

This holiday cottage is mind-blowingly amazing! It's super cozy and comfortable, and just a quick 2-minute walk from shops and amenities. The car park outside was jaw-droppingly convenient. The kitchen area may be compact, but it's equipped with all the essentials including a microwave, electric oven, gas hob, and small fridge/freezer. But let's be honest, you're on vacation, so why bother with cooking when there are local pubs like Wetherspoons and Bizzie Lizzies for some truly excellent food? This place is absolutely fantastic - it's like a dream come true!
